Return your Beer Guidelines
The major draught drink suppliers are now in a position where they are now offering full credit for unbroached stock delivered to you by Everards after July 2020. Most brands are saying they will not credit broached stock (details are on the website).
As per our previous communications, we (Everards) are unable to offer credit for any cask ales including Everards, broached or unbroached. There is no credit available for any packaged products.
Please do not destroy any beer until you have received permission from the brand owner e.g. Heineken for Fosters, Molson Coors for Carling, Diageo for Guinness. You will receive that permission once you have registered. Please ensure you enter ‘Everards’ from the drop down box of suppliers, that way we can all be certain that any credit due will be passed on. If the beer brand is not on the list on the ‘Return your beer website’ then unfortunately credit is not available.
As the Brand owners sanction your claims, they will forward the credits to Everards for what we paid for the goods, we will then pass on a credit to you, for what you paid for the goods. It is likely to be in two week batches starting mid March. You will see there are different BB4 date criteria for beers that can be credited.

Diageo (Guinness) have set up their own separate website that works in much the same way. https://www.mydiageo.com/s/keg-destruction-application-form-public.
Heineken have prepared a helpful guide, please click here.
Once we start deliveries we can collect empties from you. We are only able to accept empty containers back, so please destroy broached and unbroached beers in line with the published guidelines.
There is a guide on how to destroy beer on the Return your beer website FAQs | BBPA (returnyourbeer.co.uk)
Once you have registered there is a lot of information available to you. If you have questions or you are not clear, please contact your BRM, our technical services team or telesales and we will do our best to help.
