Important Notice: Gas Cylinder Stock Count Week of 31st March

We want to inform you about an upcoming activity to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. In collaboration with our supplier, Air Liquide, we will be conducting a comprehensive stock count of gas cylinders across the Everards Estate during the week of 31st March.

Key Points to Note:

1. Stock Count Week: During the week of 31st March, we will be completing a physical count of all gas cylinders.
2. No Deliveries or Collections: Please be aware that during this week, deliveries and collections of gas cylinders will not be available. To ensure you have sufficient stock, we advise you to place extra orders in the week prior.
3. Dray Crew Count: Our dray crew will perform a physical count of all cylinders in your cellar during their deliveries.
4. Additional Storage Areas: If you have gas cylinders stored in areas other than the cellar, please inform either the dray crew or the myEverards Team with the number of cylinders in situ. This will help us achieve an accurate count.
5. Discrepancies: The myEverards Team may contact you if there is a significant discrepancy between our count and the records we have.
