The new Governments Employments Rights Bill proposes substantial changes to UK employment Law, marking what has been described as the "biggest upgrade to rights at work for a generation."
On 10th October 2024, the Government published the highly anticipated Employment Rights Bill.
The Bill is set to make some fundamental changes to employment law as we know it, with 28 proposed law reforms as well as an accompanying “Next Steps” document outlining plans for the future.
