Here’s a first glimpes inside our new state-of-the-art brewery, beer hall and shop, opening Sping 2021.

We can't wait to welcome you to our new home where you can eat, drink, shop and take a tour of our new brewery. We also plan to introduce more brewing experiences later in 2021 including the opportunity to brew your own beer.

“This really is an exciting time for us and the beginning of a brand-new chapter in our 170-year history” shares Richard Everard, Chairman. “We are still an independent family business with strong roots in Leicestershire and we are about to move into the sixth generation of the family leading the business as we commence this exciting next chapter. We look forward to welcoming customers to our new home where they will be able to enjoy fantastic hospitality while overlooking both the wonderful meadows but also our state-of-the-art brewery. We will be brewing a great range of beers and of course bringing our famous ‘Tiger’ back to Leicestershire!”

Inside you will find a bright and contemporary food and drink space, with a large bar lined up with all your Everards favourites brewed right there. In fact, large windows behind the bar enable you to take in all the brewery action whilst sipping on your favourite tipple.

Our state-of-the-art brewery will be kept busy as our brewers create many innovative new beers alongside all our favourites.

As well as great beer you can enjoy an extensive drinks selection including local spirits and a range of hot drinks.

The open kitchen will serve a delicious menu of home-cooked food from full meals to great snacks.

Our onsite shop with stock a great selection of beer, gifts and merchandise.

We will also be hosting brewery tours, allowing you to get a behind the scenes look and upclose tour of the brewery, as well as tasting sessions, brewing workshops and many other beer occasions.

This is a really exciting time for us and we will be looking to recruit 40 people across a variety of role to join us at our new home and be part of this exciting new chapter.
