Following last year's Autumn Budget, April brings the prospect of significantly increased operating costs, and a challenging year ahead. This survey aims to gather insights from hospitality business owners on various critical topics, including business confidence, tax, the National Living Wage, energy costs, the labour market, and zero hours contracts. Your feedback is invaluable and will help shape policy discussions with the Government, as well as inform members and the media.
