We’re delighted that the hard work of the kitchen team has been recognised with a five rating for our food hygiene.
We recently opened the doors to our brand-new home at Everards Meadows, featuring our fantastic new state-of-the-art brewery, our shop and the much-awaited Beer Hall. We have been delighted to see so many of you join us already and have been fully booked since we opened our doors last month.
“We’re delighted that the hard work of the kitchen team has been recognised with the highest rating for our food hygiene!” says Jason Lee from Everards.
“Our head chef, Emily, has a wealth of catering experience and it shows. Emily has cooked in pubs, catered for the homeless and cooked for big bands like One Direction and Coldplay. Emily joined the Everards team because she was excited about being involved in such a huge local venture and being part of it from the very beginning. Emily is leading a fantastic team to serve a tantalising brunch, lunch, and dinner menu, and the whole team love opening the doors each day to serve guests in this stunning building. It’s a special place we have here, customers can enjoy their food whilst looking out over 70 acres of meadows or catch our brewing team in action as they look on to our state-of-the-art brewery. This 5 rating is hugely welcomed and well deserved for the hard work the kitchen and beer hall team are putting in. Well done everyone!”
“We’ve had a very busy month since opening and I'm extremely proud of my team. Thank you to everyone who has visited us and left feedback, we hope to see you again soon or to welcome you if you haven’t visited us yet.” Emily,
Head Chef
