Jenno's and Everards

We love working with like minded independent business owners to help them grow their business and bring their business vision to life, like we have with Danny and Paul and their existing coffee house Jenno's.

We have supported many people over the years to expand their business, by helping them to find a suitable building, usually one that we already own but sometimes we work with the business owner to find something that suits the needs of their business.

One of these is local independent business Jenno’s Coffee House, who are now running their second successful and highly popular coffee house in Leicestershire.

Their journey started when they opened a coffee shop in the heart of Blaby village in 2012. Jenno’s Coffee House is well used and well-loved by the people of Blaby and the surrounding area for its friendly service, premium coffee, and tantalising homemade cakes. Paul and son Danny were ready to expand and approached us when we were looking for local business owners to take on the brand new building we created as part of our Everards Meadows development.

Delighted at the opportunity, Paul and Danny got stuck in on the interior design of their new coffee house and have created a spacious, bright and welcoming place with a Mediterranean feel, where customers can take in the fantastic views over the meadows, whilst enjoying a coffee and slice of delicious cake. It provides the perfect stop for visitors to the Meadows to relax after exploring or cycling and for friends and shoppers from Fosse Park the nearby shopping centre to rest their weary feet.

Paul and Danny now run two successful business and are really happy they took that next step to expand.
