Important Reminder: Collection Policy Terms & Conditions

Keeping your safety in mind, we wanted to take a moment to ensure everyone is familiar with our collection policy terms and conditions. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Here are some guidelines to keep in mind:

• Weight Limitation: Only items that are one 11g or smaller may be collected.
• Loading Instructions: For safety, kegs should always be loaded into the boot of the vehicle. Never load kegs into the rear or front seats of any vehicle.
• Weight Guidelines: Please never exceed the specified weight limits for collection.
• Vehicle Requirements: Gas can only be collected in a van which has a separate bulkhead.
• Vehicle Suitability: Our warehouse team may refuse collection if they deem the vehicle unsuitable for the amount ordered or if the vehicle is unsafe for transportation.
