Compliance Package

We have put together a set of bespoke packages for you and your pub, meaning you can leave it to us to do the work and ensure that you and your business(es) are legally compliant.

We have developed two schemes which will cover all the elements you are legally responsible for. The cost of these packages can be spread across the year and paid alongside your rent and trade payments, so preventing any expensive cash flow impacts.

Having an Everards compliance package means that we organise everything for you. We will arrange contractors, who will, in turn, arrange a convenient time with you to undertake the work.

Each package is an annual contract, so in signing up, you agree to pay for the cost of the package across the year. If you want to opt out, just let us know and we will take you out of next years cycle.
