The pub boasts a huge beer garden to the rear which leads all the way down to the beautiful Thornton reservoir, as well as a children's play area which is very popular with families. Inside you will find a main bar, snug area to the left and a restaurant and drinking area to the right. The pub offers real ales and good quality traditional pub food daily, as well as regular quizzes and events that are well supported by locals.

After 15 years, our current business owners Ben and Jan who have been the pillar of the community are now ready to starting a new chapter in their lives. They have built up a strong business and steady trade, leaving the pub in a great place for the next people to take it on.
