All Everards beers are brewed at our partially solar-powered brewery at Everards Meadows, Cooper Way, Enderby, Leicestershire, LE19 2AN. As beers brewed in Leicestershire with more than 175 years of local brewing heritage behind them, our beers are made on the same site as our Beer Hall, meaning visitors can enjoy brewery-fresh beer poured directly from the source. It's as close to the brewing process as you can get without putting on a hard hat.

Everards beers are brewed using quality malt, carefully selected hops for their specific hop character and bitterness, established yeast strains, and water. Our brewing process respects the role each ingredient plays in the finished beer, from the malt's contribution to body and colour through to the yeast's role in fermentation and the natural carbonation that gives our cask ales their condition. We don't take shortcuts with ingredients because the quality of what goes in directly determines what comes out.
